Ensure excellent flow!

The Wedding Band Emcee is the key to your special event! Weddings, Corporate Parties and all special events require an excellent emcee to insure the flow between catering, entertainment, fellow vendors and guests.

Many times guests complain about not knowing what is going on or what is supposed to happen next. A good Emcee/band leader or DJ leader will get with the client a few weeks prior to the event and go over timing, announcements, music selections and general flow. Using this as his or her guide during the event, the guests and principals will all be on the page with the emcee making key announcements through the event.

The timing and feel on these announcements is also key. A good emcee will read the crowd and say things in a way the crowd will appreciate and respond. The emcee will also know how to say something two or three times without getting condescending or negative. The goal is to have the crowd react in general and always be comfortable and happy. After all, it is a party they are attending.

Your emcee should have the grace to be kind to the other vendors and work with everyone so they get what they need for the client. The client is counting on things going smoothly, low stress and good times for all because they hired the Party Band or Disc Jockey that has the emcee skills and experience to handle the job.

After all, the emcee can make or break your party and is the single most impacting vendor hired for your event.
